In India, we all observed a strange paradox that there are a large number of educated unemployed and the corporates lament that they are not finding suitably employable candidates. Management education has become more challenging these days because the rapidly emerging new trends both at the domestic and international levels, especially after COVID 19 pandemic. Therefore, it is critical for future leaders to be aware of the ground realities to face the challenges efficiently.
SMD Future Academy believes that the students of SMD will not reconcile the apparent conflict between the environment and the economy but to find new opportunities. As the holistic approach of management education holds real meaning in our professional lives, therefore we focus at industry integrated education and training in smaller batches to bring about the desired results which in turn proves to be the best in the years to come.
